The 7-day ABC Trek is our fastest-paced Annapurna Base Camp itinerary — reaching the 4,130 m Annapurna Sanctuary from Pokhara in the shortest responsible timeframe. The route follows the standard Modi Khola valley approach via Tikhedhunga, Ghorepani, Chhomrong, Deurali, and ABC, with Jhinu Danda hot springs on the descent. Daily stages are 6–8 hours of active walking — appropriate for experienced trekkers with prior altitude exposure (3,500+ m preferred).

The Annapurna Sanctuary amphitheatre — Annapurna I, Machapuchare, Hiunchuli, and twelve peaks above 6,000 m encircling a single viewpoint — is the destination. The 7-day schedule delivers it without the padding of longer programmes, for trekkers who are confident in their altitude acclimatisation history.

Prior altitude experience: Recommended. Best seasons: October–November and March–May. Max altitude: ABC 4,130 m.

January 2025

Seven days was exactly right. Our guide Rajan never let the group feel rushed — we spent an extra hour at Tadapani because the cloud was doing something extraordinary with the light. By the time we hit base camp at 4,130m I felt genuinely prepared, not just relieved to have made it. The best week I've spent outdoors in twenty years of hiking.

日本人旅行者に強くお勧めします!(The 7-day ABC trek was the greatest experience! Guide Ama always supported us with a smile. The moment we arrived at ABC through the bamboo forest — I was moved to tears. I strongly recommend to Japanese travelers!)

March 2025

Mate, just do it. I spent six months agonising over which company to use and which route to take. Travel Himalaya Nepal answered every single question I emailed within a few hours, never once trying to upsell or push a more expensive option. The guide they assigned us — Karma — was one of the best humans I've met. Seven days, zero issues, one of the great experiences of my life. The Annapurna sanctuary at sunset is something else entirely.

November 2025

Prix transparents, aucune mauvaise surprise. (Seven perfect days in the Himalayas. Guide Pemba was passionate, funny and technically irreproachable. Arriving at base camp surrounded by an amphitheater of peaks above 7000m is something I will never forget.)
