Do I need any experience, and are there age or weight limits?

No experience is required — you fly tandem, meaning the certified pilot handles all controls. The standard limits are a minimum age of 5 years (with guardian consent for minors), a maximum weight of 110 kg (242 lbs), and no serious heart conditions or epilepsy. Pregnant travellers are advised not to fly.

How long is the actual flight, and where does it launch and land?

Flights launch from Sarangkot at 1,600m elevation and last approximately 25–35 minutes of airtime. You land on the shores of Phewa Lake near Lakeside, Pokhara. The entire excursion from hotel pickup to return is around 3–4 hours.

When is the best time of year to paraglide in Pokhara?
